Terms and ConditionsRefunds: If your are not 100% satisfied with your new purchase, simply return your unworn shoes to us and we will give you a 100% refund of the purchase price (excluding postage). If you would like to exchange your shoes for another pair (for example if you selected the incorrect size) , we will do so providing postage is paid by you to return the pair and for us to send out the new pair. We will endeavour to do our best to answer your emails within 24 hours and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Guarantee: All shoes (excluding factory seconds) are guaranteed for workmanship and quality for three months from the date of purchase. If there are any problems within this timeframe we will send out a new pair of shoes free of charge. After 3 months we will do our best to offer a replacement pair with a reasonable discount based on the length of time the shoes have been worn.
